KYC is acronym of KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER, which required in some jurisdictions prior delivering a service. Clients ordering services from TAIWAN and TURKIYE are required to submit KYC documents, which consist of a government-issued photo ID or Passport and a selfie holding the same identification form. We hold submitted documents in a cold storage and only access them whenever legal enforcement authorities ask information for the correspondent IP address of the customers.

Once you created an account and made an order, our support team will make a ticket on your account for you to upload requested documents. KYC is one time process and clients won't be asked the same steps on future orders.

We accept major payment channels such as PayPal, Credit Card, Alipay, BTC, USDT and Bank Transfers. PayPal and Credit Card payments are processed instantly and if the account had been verified before, service is delivered instantly.

We understand that sometimes things are not going on our own way, thus we have 24 hours refund policy, which allows a customer to return the service within 24 hours of the date of order. After 24 hours, regretfully refund is no longer possible.

Absolutely! You can carry on online management tasks such as power off, power on, reinstall and access the service via VNC if you lost access to your server. You can also monitor your traffic usage for your service to stay on track.

Our system is sending out notifications to the clients, when the traffic usage hits %90 of the total allocated traffic, so the customer could have enough time to take necessary action for upgrade. If no action is taken from customer side, system will temporarily suspend the network until the traffic is upgraded.

We can provide industry leading control panel softwares such as cPanel and DirectAdmin. We can do the initial installation and the basic hardening on the server and deliver the service to the clients.

Our services are completely UNMANAGED to give the complete control out to the customers. Regretfully we are not able to install/configure any kind of 3rd party software on the server on behalf of customers. Customers are advised to take advantage of online management panel to carry out actions on the server if something goes wrong.

Our system is sending email notifications prior 10 days of a services due date. If payment is not made until the due date, system automatically suspends the server and retain data 5 days to allow customer to make payment and make server online. After 5 days of unpaid invoice service will be terminated irrecoverably.
